Team work makes the dream work and we have now developed an exceptional team in the kitchen and front of house. When you work in a kitchen you will spend more time with your fellow chefs than your Family, Partner or friends.
It takes time to surround yourself with the right people and I knew we had found this when there was a squeal of excitement as one of the chefs called everyone over in the middle of service to admire the bubbles in a slice of Lady Killigrew Sourdough.
As a team we are on a journey to explore our surroundings and produce recipes that are true to the ingredient and to ourselves.
On this journey our goal is to present guests with an experience that is unique to Falmouth, a flavour palette rich with the diversity of our Cornish coast and country with presentations to surprise. We work tirelessly together to execute each preparation to the best of our ability and we are excited for the future of our food journey.
