We gladly accept reservations made by telephone and all other methods and require a refundable (until 7 days prior to arrival) deposit of £50 per room per night. We offer some rates and room types such as, advance purchase rates, special event rates and apartment rates that will attract different conditions are attributed to many of these and you should make yourself familiar with these at time of booking.
ADVANCE PURCHASE RATE- Full payment due at time of booking, rate is none refundable, non transferable or exchangeable.
RESIDENCES - 25% non refundable deposits due at time of booking. Full payment due six weeks prior to arrival. Rates are non refundable non exchangeable.
FESTIVE STAYS - Non refundable deposit of 20% at time of booking to secure the booking. Full payment due six weeks prior to arrival. Rates are non refundable non exchangeable.
All bedrooms have private facilities, complimentary toiletries, to use while with us, hair-dryer, remote control LCD television with radio, direct-dial telephone.
The Hotel is equipped with fully addressed fire detection and alarms. Please make yourself aware of the fire exits and full fire emergency procedures, which are displayed in your room.
Whilst the Company has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the information in its brochures, tariffs, leaflets and advertisements is accurate, it reserves the right to alter, substitute or withdraw any service facility or amenity without prior notice if necessary.
Not with standing anything contained in these terms, the Company will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations to the client in whole or part as a result of any action which is beyond the control of the Company/Hotel such action including, but not restricted to:
Other Industrial Action
Fire or Flood at or near the Hotel
Civil Unrest, Dispute or Commotion
Act of God
Legal Action against the Company not resulting from negligence, preventing the supply of services.
It is your responsibility to adhere to guidance of staff, notices, instructions and terms and conditions around the building, grounds, pool and fitness areas. failure to do so may result in your removal from the property.
WINDOWS AND BALCONIES
We draw your attention to the dangers of open windows and balconies in rooms, and ask all parents to be mindful of the risk of an accident.
The hotel operates a No Smoking Policy throughout the Bedrooms, all public areas and the Restaurants. Guests are welcome to smoke in the gardens and or at designated outside smoking areas. If you are found to have smoked in a room this will attract a charge of £500. 00
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Free on-site parking is available at the Hotel; however the Hotel does not accept responsibility for damage or theft of vehicles or their contents whilst parked on site.
Bedrooms are not normally available until 3pm; however an earlier check in may be possible upon request. Bedrooms should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
The Hotel cannot be held responsible for articles of value.
Guests are strongly advise all guests to consider an independent holiday insurance scheme. All cancellations should be received by the Hotel in writing.
In the event of a cancellation more than 28 days prior to the day of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full. Within 7 Days you will be charged the total value of your booking. Please refer to individual terms and conditions as outlined within your confirmation. Please also refer to FAQs for more. Rates such as advance purchase rate or those inside special cancellation period are non refundable. Please do not put the team in the difficult position of having to explain this policy.
Full accommodation or package charges are all to be paid in full at least 7 days before arrival.
Remaining balances are to be settled upon departure. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. The Hotel reserves the right to ask for alternative payment or further identification.
The hotel reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without notice.
Our team like you are entitled to respect while they go about their duties. We reserve the right to cancel any booking where a guest is rude and/or abusive to the team or cut short any stay where a guest has been rude or abusive in anyway while with us. This includes but is not limited to raised voices, physical contact, use of foul language, sexual approaches of any nature, and any form of hate crime. We all need to show the respect we expect in return.
We have a small number of rooms (our comfy shower rooms) that accept pet. We only accept bookings for pets when booked directly with the hotel and not by any third party. We only accept small well behaved dogs. Dogs may only use the bedroom, and garden and are not permitted in any other area of the hotel unless you have booked the READY PET GO package that includes access to the library. There is a charge of £12 per per per night for your pet.
